Luvinox Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Luvinox ("we," "us," or "our") prioritizes user privacy protection and data security. This Privacy Policy defines how we gather, utilize, protect, and disclose user information when you access our mobile application and affiliated functional services (collectively referred to as the "Service").
By installing, accessing or using the Luvinox application, you acknowledge and consent to data collection and usage rules stated in this policy. If you disagree with any clause of this Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use this Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide
Account Information: When registering and activating a user account, you may submit your email address, nickname and customized profile information.
Payment Information: All checkout and subscription services are processed independently by official third-party payment platforms, including Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not store, access or reserve your bank card, billing address or any confidential payment credentials.
User Original Content: All original photos and graphic files you upload to run in-app AI creative functions.

2.3 Local & In-house AI Processing Data
Uploaded Graphic Files: Original pictures submitted by users for internal AI creative processing.
AI Rendered Content: Edited images, dynamic clips and creative videos generated via our built-in independent AI algorithms.
Processing Parameter Data: Custom configuration data submitted by users, including style filters, template selections, resolution and effect parameters for creation tasks.
3. How We Utilize Collected Information
We use collected user data only for the below legitimate service purposes:
- Operate, maintain, optimize and upgrade overall in-app service performance
- Complete user AI creative demands: Art Morph graphic aesthetic optimization, Solo Flow single-image video generation, Rhythm Move portrait dynamic animation, Visual Refresh portrait style fitting adjustment, Duo Blend dual-image fusion video creation
- Manage user account status, virtual point balance and membership usage records
- Complete order settlement and deliver purchased memberships or functional points via official payment channels
- Push service reminders, version updates and platform official announcements
- Respond to user consultation, after-sales feedback and problem handling requests
- Identify, block and fix platform bugs, network risks and security vulnerabilities
- Fulfill mandatory legal compliance and regulatory supervision obligations
4. AI Processing Specification & Data Retention Rules
4.1 Independent Cloud Processing Statement
All AI creative functions of Luvinox adopt self-operated independent cloud computing servers for content rendering. User uploaded graphics are transmitted via encrypted TLS/SSL channel only to our exclusive server cluster,no user personal data or graphic data will be sent to any external third-party AI service platform.
4.2 Official Data Retention Period
Uploaded Original Images: All user uploaded source images will be permanently erased from our exclusive servers within 30 days after AI rendering tasks are finished.
AI Rendered Works: All edited images and dynamic videos generated by the platform will be reserved in your personal account for 90 days. Files will be auto-deleted upon expiration. Users shall independently download and reserve all creative works for local backup.
Account Information: Personal account data will be stored persistently until users submit voluntary account deletion application.
4.3 User Content Ownership Regulation
Users own full intellectual property and legal rights of all uploaded original images. You grant us a limited, non-transferable internal license merely to process your files for providing appointed in-app creative services. We obtain no extra usage right of user original content.
4.4 Facial Biometric Data Protection
Our application processes facial features merely to realize portrait adaptive effect rendering for all creative functions. All facial data processing is temporary and one-time. Facial relevant image files will be deleted instantly after task completion. We never collect, store, backup or share any user biometric identification data.
5. Data Sharing & Third-Party AI Non-Sharing Official Statement
We will never sell, lease, trade or monetize your personal identifiable information to any external third-party institutions.
Critical Compliance Statement for App Review: Luvinox does NOT transmit, submit, disclose or share any user personal information, uploaded portrait images, account data, biometric data or usage data with any external third-party artificial intelligence service providers. All AI calculation, rendering and creative processing are completed by our self-developed and independently operated AI system internally. No third-party AI service is embedded or invoked in this application.
We only share non-identifiable public data under the following limited scenarios:
- Cooperative Service Vendors: Share anonymous device data with trusted service providers for cloud server maintenance, official payment deduction and in-app data statistics. These vendors cannot use data for AI algorithm processing.
- Legal Mandatory Requirements: Disclose relevant data only when compelled by valid local law, formal court summons or governmental regulatory orders.
- Enterprise Business Transfer: User data may be transferred as internal asset under company merger, acquisition or asset transfer events, the new operator shall follow identical privacy protection rules.
- User Authorized Consent: Share data only after you deliver explicit written in-app authorization voluntarily.
6. Platform Data Security Protection
We implement standardized technical and managerial protection measures to safeguard user data security:
- Adopt TLS/SSL end-to-end encryption for all data transmission procedures
- Build exclusive private cloud server framework with hierarchical access authority control
- Carry out regular platform security detection, vulnerability repair and privacy audit
- Implement staff data access limit and long-term privacy compliance training
Please note that no internet transmission or electronic storage mode can achieve absolute security. We cannot guarantee 100% risk-free data transmission against all network attacks.
7. User Personal Data Rights
Based on local data protection laws applicable to your region, you own the below legal data rights:
- Access Right: Apply to obtain a copy of your reserved personal account data
- Correction Right: Request modification of wrong or incomplete personal profile information
- Deletion Right: Apply to erase your account and all bound associated data

8. Minor User Privacy Protection
This Service is oriented for users aged 13 and above (or the minimum age regulated by your local jurisdiction). We will not actively collect personal information from users under 13 years old. Once we confirm accidental collection of minor user data, we will erase all relevant information immediately.
9. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
Luvinox may contain entrance links of official third-party payment platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy rules and data processing behaviors of independent third-party platforms. We suggest users check the third-party privacy policy before accessing external links.
10. Cross-Border Data Transmission Rules
User data may be transmitted and processed in overseas secure exclusive servers. We have signed Standard Contractual Clauses and adopted equal data protection mechanisms to guarantee cross-border data security.
11. Privacy Policy Revision Notice
We may update this Privacy Policy irregularly to fit legal revisions and service iteration. Core policy changes will be published inside the application with updated effective date. Your continuous use of Luvinox after revision equals voluntary acceptance of updated policy clauses.
